We work with cats in a slightly different way than we
work with dogs. We often work with
cats on a table, which is less intimidating than standing over them. If a cat is sensitive to touch, we work
with him through a towel, as Edie Jane is doing with Wolfie in the photos above.
The three cats shown here are wearing a TTouch body wrap -- an elastic bandage that we can put on cats in a number of different configurations. Body wraps often give cats a sense of security and calm, along with a new awareness of their bodies and how they move. While cats can wear body wraps like dogs, it is recommended that they stay on a cat's body for no longer than five minutes.
